We are conveniently located on Mile 37 George Price Highway - Frank's Eddy, this is on your way from the Airport inland Belize. If you are renting your own vehicle at the airport, you can drive here and we meet you half way. We are do our tours at the Famous Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve, and are honoured to Host you!.

1.) How long is the Cave Tubing Tour?

The Cave Tubing Tour is Approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours long. This includes a 30 mins hike through the jungle's flat terrain and the rest is spent tubing downstream through 3 caves traversed by the Caves Branch River.

2.) What time does the Cave Tubing Start?

You can start your tour anytime from 8am - 3:30pm. Once your reservation is confirmed and you agree on a time that best fits your schedule, your guide will be arranged.

3.) What to expect?

Upon reaching the Reserve, you will be briefed by your guide about our safety measures and you will be provided with a headlamp, helmet, life jacket and an inflatable tube. You will then start a 30 mins hike through the jungle flats, and cross the river until you reach the starting point. If you are lucky enough, you might spot the Howler Monkeys, these are frequent visitors and you can see them on the treetops. You will then descend into the river and start your adventure traversing three caves and even do some cliff jumping on one of the caves. Your guide will be providing valuable information about the history of the caves, and how these were once used by the Mayas for Ceremonial purposes. You will stay in awe at the amazing darkness and crystal formations that nature crafted just for you. You will then reach your starting point where you can have lunch, drinks, or purchase some souvenirs.

4.) Are there any Changing rooms at the Reserve?

Yes, the park has private changing rooms and showers, restaurants, and private parking lots.

5.) What to wear?

Please bring along Swim Wear or light clothes, Crocks or Water Shoes, bring along a towel and an extra set of clothes for you to put on some dry clothes. There are Private Changing rooms and showers at the park for you to change your clothes. You will also need a platic bag to put your wet clothes that migh be dripping.

6.) Can you reach the park yourself if you have your own transportation?

Absolutley, a good amount of quests prefer to rent their own transportation while on their stay in Belize. You can for sure drive yourself to the Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Reserve, however, we highly recommend booking in advance, this will give you the assurance that you will not join any existing group or be looking for a guide as you arrive the park. This is also convenient as the guide is already aware of your arrival and you can always ask him for an exact location pin, or any additional information you might need to make your experience as smooth as possible. You can fill out the below form if you are planning to drive yourself to the park so a guide can be arranged for you.

7.) What if I do not have my own transportation?

Transportation can be arranged to and from your place of stay, the way transportation works is an additional fee per person is charged depending on your group size. In other words, the additional transportation fee will be less the more persons in your group. You can fill out the below form if you need to book your Cave Tubing tour with transportation included from Belize City, San Ignacio, Belmopan or any neighbouring resorts/hotels.

8.) What other tours can be combined with Cave Tubing?

The Combination tour favoured by all guests is the Cave Tubing and Jungle Zipline, these are both done at the same park and you get to do the Zipline First (approx. 45mins) then you head for the cave tubing. You can also combine the Cave Tubing with Xunantunich Maya Ruins or Jungle ATV(also done at the same park).

9.) Are the tours private or you are asked to join existing groups?

All tours are prepared upon your reservation in advance, you will not be asked to join any existing groups and a private guide is guaranteed and arranged for you once you make your reservation online.

10.) What is the procedure if I am a Cruise Ship Guest?

Here is the deal, Cave Tubing tours booked through your cruise ship will take place at the exact park and the same Cave Systems at a much higher rates if booking directly with your cruise ship. Upon making your reservation with us, you will be asked your docking date, time and departure. Please note, Belize City does not have a docking facility for cruise ships, so all visiting ships anchor in the harbor. To reach the port, you'll take a tender ride, which takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once ashore, please meet us outside the Terminal 1 exit on Fort Street, our guide will have a sign with the group's leader name. We always recommend asking other quest on the cruise to join your group so that the pickup fees are much less and you get huge group discounts.
